Do you offer any guarantees?
No. I cannot guarantee what you will do with the suggestions I make. You have freedom of choice, so you can decide whether you want to follow my suggestions or not. I can however give you the assurance that I will do my utmost best to help and assist you. Ultimately there is no "magic" that will cause you to change, the desire to change must come from you. Are you prepared to do what it will take to make the change you desire? If you are, then you may just decide to follow my suggestions which may lead to your success. Remember that you may need a few sessions to get to the results you desire.
How much does it cost>
New clients pay a booking fee of R 250 to secure the first session. Session fees are R 700 per session. Stop smoking is R 950 for an individual and R 1650 for two people. Pay for 4 Weight Sessions in advance and get 10% discount and pay for 8 Weight Sessions in advanc and get 20% discount. All fees are payable in advance. No refunds will be given. If you have made an appointment and want to cancel or postpone, you have to give at least 48 hours notice, otherwise the full session fee is payable before another appointment will be made.
Will I lose control when using hypnosis?
No. This is a common misconception about hypnosis. Nobody can be hypnotised against their will. Hypnosis is a 100% consent state. Nobody can be forced to do anything against their will. The 'control' misconception appears to originate from stage hypnosis which funnily enough also involves people doing exactly what they want to be doing.
Will I be asleep when hypnotised?
You will not be asleep when hypnotised. Hypnosis is generally a very relaxed state but it is not sleep. Many people after a session of hypnosis don't believe that they were hypnotised at all but that comes from misconceptions about just what a 'trance' in fact is.
Will I be able to wake up and come out of the trance?
Yes! Hypnosis is not sleep. In hypnosis you are alert and in control. If you want to come out of hypnosis you simply choose to do that.
Will I blab out secret information under hypnosis?
No! You cannot be forced to say or do anything under hypnosis that you don't want to. Remember that you are completely in control and empowered. If this was not the case, don't you think the police would just hypnotise their suspects and get them to 'tell the truth'?
Can anyone be hypnotised?
All normal people can be hypnotised. All it takes is intelligence, communication and consent. If you are intelligent enough to follow the hypnotists directions, and if you are communicating effectively with the hypnotist so you can follow the directions and you give your full consent, hypnosis is remarkably easy and quick.
Do I have to believe in hypnosis for it to work?
No. The degree of hypnotisability is completely unrelated to the degree of belief in it, the same as you don't have to believe in electricity for it to work. If you don't want to be hypnotized then you won't be.
How many sessions do I need?
It all depends on how much information you need to resolve in your consciousness. If there is a small amount of information, you'll need fewer sessions than if there is a lot of info that needs to be resolved. A watched pot never boils, and for the same reason it's not a good idea to put yourself under any pressure to perform quickly. The more committed you are to doing whatever is necessary for your change, the faster the work goes. I usually follow a four session approach, although more sessions may be required. It all depends on you.
