Freeing yourself from the habit of smoking
Step 1: Ensure that you are absolutely ready to stop smoking. Do not come unless you are really ready to get rid of the bad habit once and for all.
Step 2: When you are really ready to make an appointment, click on the BOOK NOW button. It is preferable to make the appointment at least a week in advance to give you time to do the preparation work required to become aware of how your habit works
Step 3: Pay the booking deposit within 48 hours of making the appointment and send the proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then receive confirmation of the session and have time to fill in the Intake Form and Workbook. You will receive additional instructions to keep diary of the smoking habit and other tricks to help you become aware of how the habit works.
Step 4: Smoke your last cigarette before you come to the hypnosis session that lasts around 2 hours. During the session you will learn how to convert the old, bad habit into new, healthy habits.
Step 5: Follow each and every suggestion made during the session with the assurance that you will be supported for a period of three months should you need any more help. Use your self-hypnosis techniques daily to help strengthen your resolve. Implement the changes and keep replacing the old habit with the new ones until they become automatic. And then: Keep going! Vow never to touch a cigarette again, no matter what happens.
